DBL Scientific wants to know whether a new model can and should be developed to teach in schools since the one taught now was developed in the early 20th century. It is our job to summarize different models, the scientists who discovered them, major experiments that went along with the discoveries, and come up with a new model, or recommend sticking with the old one. All of these components are compiled in this wikispace.
